This Return Policy and Limited Warranty apply only to Salt Strap and Drop Dock products sold by Stronghold Tackle.

Return Policy

At Stronghold Tackle, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your Salt Strap or Drop Dock within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products may be returned even if they have been used, provided they are returned in reasonable condition and have not been intentionally damaged, abused, or modified.

To process a return:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

30-Day Limited Warranty

Stronghold Tackle provides a 30-Day Limited Warranty for Salt Strap and Drop Dock products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the product, or
• Refund the purchase price if a replacement is unavailable.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation.
• Products that have been intentionally modified or altered.
• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect the product’s intended function.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Proof of purchase.
• A description of the issue.
• Photos of the product, if applicable.
